Our window installation guy was very professional, knowledgeable and a hard worker. We were surprised by the wood lip on the ledges as we were not informed the look would be different but we are overall very satisfied. One set of blinds also didn't fit after installation but New Windows have been wonderful and quick to work with to resolve.
