Over all a good experience.

With companies out there to rip people off, your company did a good job. The sales guy was a pretty good guy. nice window sample, I'll see how they are during the winter, but so far they are really nice. The installers were good guys, I'm glad I had a experienced lead installer, good guys, real nice.
