You have responsibility for managing window, bath, roofing and siding projects from pre-installation meeting to completion of the project. You have responsibility to provide customer service to customers after the installation of product Reporting directly to the President, the project and customer service manager is responsible for managing all aspects of the ordering of materials from vendors and the timely scheduling of projects in accordance with company standards. Major duties include: measuring jobs for order, pre- installation meeting, ordering product and supplies, ordering service and warranty parts, scheduling of installations and service, diagnosing installation issues. You will work in conjunction with the installation manager and scheduling coordinator.
